Have a uniform that needs to be exchanged as it no longer fits the cadet properly?

If the cadet already has a uniform use the Uniform Exchange process as outlined on this page. The corps will always issue current inventory before ordering any new uniform parts.

When the corps is out of stock of an uniform that a cadet needs use this form to help the corps order the proper size of uniform items(s) for the cadet.
