Uniform Return and Exchanges

1. Request in Advance

  • All uniform returns and exchange requests must be submitted in advance using the official request process (form or web submission).
     
  • Same-day or unannounced requests will not be accepted.


  • Use Sizing Guide to measure your cadet for the replacement item.

  • The more details you can provide, the more accurate and efficient the exchange process can be.

3. Return Before Issue

  • Exchanges are only available on announced dates as scheduled by the Corps.
     
  • Parents and cadets are expected to plan ahead to attend the designated dates.

  • The item to be exchanged must be returned to Stores the same night a replacement item will be issued.
     
  • No replacement will be provided without the return of the original item.

  • Returned items must be:
     
  • Washed and pressed
     
  • Free of damage (beyond normal wear and tear)
     
  • Items not meeting this condition may be refused.

  • Missing uniform parts, or items damaged beyond normal wear and tear, may result in the Rockyview Branch charging the cost of replacement to the cadet’s family.
     
  • Charges will reflect actual replacement costs as set by the Navy League of Canada supply chain.
