Cadet Security Policy

Effective 15 September 2025

At 219 NLCC Holger Storm, the safety and security of our cadets is our top priority.

• All cadets must be signed in and out in person by their parent or guardian.
   
• Drop-offs in the parking lot are not permitted. A parent or guardian must escort the cadet into the training facility.
   
• Officers assume responsibility for cadets only after sign-in is completed.
   
• Any cadet who enters the building without being signed in will be returned to their parent or guardian to complete the process.
   

This order is issued to ensure the safety and accountability of all cadets enrolled in 219 NLCC Holger Storm.
